Noticed a local bakery's IG strategy shift after 2 quiet months in Denver
Tbh I've been following this bakery on Instagram since they opened last spring, and their posts were getting maybe 50 likes each. Then last week they started posting behind-the-scenes videos of their sourdough starter at 6 AM, with a simple caption about their baking schedule, and one of them hit 4,000 likes. Has anyone else seen a sudden jump when you switch from polished photos to raw, time-specific content?
