Honestly that report is so real, my old company used spreadsheets for everything and it was a total mess. Tbh we tried switching to this one cloud based program, I think it was called Buildertrend? It actually worked pretty well for scheduling and sending updates to clients. Ngl the hardest part was getting the older guys on the crew to even try it, they just wanted their printed sheets.
