Thinking back on shared meals during overnight avionics work

When I first worked on avionics, our team often ate together from packed lunches in the break room. We would bring simple things like stew or pie to share on long shifts. It was a nice way to talk and relax between jobs. Now, with faster schedules, most folks grab quick bites alone from machines or order out. I miss those shared moments that made hard work feel lighter. Maybe we could start a monthly potluck to bring some of that back. It might help new techs feel more part of the group.

Most veggie guides push for deep containers that take up all my floor space. My tomatoes got rootbound and died last season because I listened. It's time advice matched our actual setup.

Texturizing adds movement, blunt cuts can look flat. What's your view?
