Yeah, I've murdered more herbs in shady spots than I'd like to admit. My rosemary looked so sad it made me feel guilty. Nancy's totally right, most herbs just won't work there. A snake plant or a pothos is the way to go, they're tough and don't need much. I have a ZZ plant in my dark bathroom that's practically fake it's so low effort. A cheap grow light could save your herb dreams, but honestly, the easy plants are less stress.

A heavier pan would slow down my whole process and I don't need that. I just make sure to preheat it well and it works like a charm every single time.
