That weird old leaded glass window in the Portland bungalow took me three days
The client wanted the cracked diamond pane replaced without touching the original came. I figured half a day, but matching the glass thickness and cutting the precise angles for the new piece was a nightmare. It ended up taking me three full days of careful work with my Fletcher cutter. Anyone have a better method for fitting into those tiny, irregular old frames?

My Fletcher cutter handles those tight angles fine, just takes patience.

Three days with a Fletcher cutter? I mean, that's insane to me. I would have lost my mind trying to get those angles right for that long.

Actually, @nancy275, a Fletcher cutter is for straight cuts. You might be thinking of a different tool for angles.
