inJust realized my nighttime prompt habit was wrecking my rest
But @wrenstone has a point, night writing lets me dump all my busy thoughts so I can actually sleep. It's like a brain dump before bed, and without it I'd just lie there thinking too much. Calling it bad for everyone just because it didn't work for one person is not fair. For lots of us, it's the only way to shut off the day's noise. Ditching it would make my nights worse, not better.

Clients who don't treat a two-hour glaze like a hostage situation are basically unicorns.

inAfter blowing my savings on hype stocks, I finally get why boring funds work
For me it was just doing the simple version of the thing instead of trying to make it fancy. Sticking to a basic routine felt pointless at first, but then the results actually showed up. You ever notice how the boring method is usually the one that just works? I had to get over my own need to make everything clever or new.
