Appreciation post: That client who sat through a two-hour glaze without a single complaint
Had a regular come in for a gloss treatment that needed to sit for a long time to really seal. We just talked about her kids and my new puppy while we waited. It made me realize how much a calm vibe helps the service go smoothly. Now I always book extra minutes for these types of appointments. Really changes the whole experience for both of us.

My friend who does color said she had a client fall asleep in the chair during a long toner once. Just softly snoring, completely at peace. She said it was the most relaxed she's ever felt doing a service, because that quiet trust let her work without any worry. She didn't have to fill the silence or manage any stress. It turned a long process into a calm, almost easy job. That kind of client attitude really does set the whole tone.

The part about a calm vibe making the service smooth is SO spot on. Clients like that are GOLD because they let you focus without any rush. Just having a normal chat turns what could be a boring wait into a actually nice time. It really does change the whole feel of the appointment for everyone.
