My prompt folder hit 1,000 files and I had no idea

I was just trying to clean up my desktop and found a folder called 'story seeds' from 2015, and when I checked the file count it was exactly 1,000. I've been dumping one-line ideas in there for almost a decade without ever looking back. What's the weirdest place you've found a huge stash of your own old writing prompts?

He showed me how he'd cut the backing a full inch back on each piece before joining. I went home, tried it on my next job, and the difference was night and day. Anyone have a better method for preventing seam show-through on plush carpets?

Yesterday, the system clock showed it had been on for 100 full days. The hard drive is still humming, and the CRT shows no signs of dimming. Honestly, I think these machines are tougher than we give them credit for if you've done the basic maintenance. Has anyone else pushed an old system like this for a long stretch?
