I really feel you on the "game changer" part. Blocking out 15 minutes between appointments saved my sanity. I used to try to power through back to back and I'd end up rushing out the last client or feeling totally fried by noon. Even if it means charging a little more now, it's worth it to not feel like I'm constantly behind.
