That's a solid tip. My last shower curtain was more duct tape than plastic. Might explain the weird smell in my bathroom.

Ugh, does the foam mean I get to call it a cappuccino ceiling now? Been there, that exact sound of hope leaving your body when you hear that whipping noise. I gave up on the fancy mixers too, just a basic spiral hook on the slowest setting my drill has. It feels wrong going that slow, but it's the only way to not make fluffy disaster soup.

Actually, @reese177, Boudin is a bakery. Their starter is from 1849, not the 1920s. Still crazy old though.
