Watching a storm take down a Bradford pear in my neighbor's yard last month
It split right at the weak crotch we'd all been eyeing for years. Anyone have a go-to method for convincing a client a tree is a hazard before it fails?

Man, photos are key. People need to see the crack or the lean for themselves. A picture of that split pear would convince anyone.
