Serious question, my uncle swears that aluminum in cookware is a health risk, but I can't find solid proof. What do you all think?

But honestly, is it even a real problem? I've used aluminum pans my whole life and I'm fine. Never seen any proof it's harmful.

Wait, but like how much aluminum are we actually talking here? I mean, everything has some risk but most stuff never amounts to real harm for regular people. Maybe it's just overblown.

Caseyw12 mentioned no proof, but there's solid science linking aluminum to health problems. Acidic foods can pull aluminum out of the cookware into your meals. So it's not just about feeling fine now, it's about long-term risk.
