Pro tip: I used to think the moon landing was fake until I saw a specific piece of evidence in a museum
For a long time, I was deep into the whole 'moon landing was staged' thing. I watched all the videos about the flag waving and the weird shadows. Then, about three years ago, I took a trip to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in DC. They have a real moon rock you can touch. I put my hand on it and just stood there. It's this smooth, glassy black rock, totally unlike anything on Earth. That physical proof, right there under my fingers, made all the grainy video arguments feel silly. I realized I'd been looking for problems in old film instead of looking at the real, physical stuff they brought back. It was a quiet moment that totally flipped my view. Has anyone else had a single piece of evidence just completely change their mind on a big conspiracy?

Actually, the moon rock at the Smithsonian is behind glass (you can't touch it). But seeing it up close is still pretty convincing.
