Just realized I've logged 500 cups on my coffee app

Started using Beanlog back in 2020. Hit 500 entries this morning. It's wild to see the journey from grocery store pre-ground to my own pour-over setup. The notes from my first cups are just 'good' or 'strong'. Now I'm writing about acidity and mouthfeel. Anyone else track their coffee like this? What did you learn from your own data?

Acidity and mouthfeel" is a lot of words for bean water, my guy.
