inVent: My attempt to fix a wobbly chair with wood glue and a clamp went sideways
Respectfully, I see it as a learning step, not a new problem. You got the joint solid, which is the hard part. Now you just need to tweak it. I've had luck carefully re-wetting the glue with a heat gun or steam to loosen it, then re-clamping it square on a flat surface.

inWatch out for those cheap drawer slide deals online
Yeah, learned that the hard way too. Now I only buy slides with a proper load rating printed on the box, not just the cheap generic ones. If the specs look vague or the price is way under everyone else, it's just not worth the call back.

inTIL a five gallon bucket with holes is the best chick feeder I've ever used
Saw a post on a gardening blog that said the same thing. They called it a cheap fix for a pricey problem. Birds and squirrels just slide right off the smooth sides. Makes total sense now that I see it. My feeder was getting emptied in a day before. Going to try the bucket idea this weekend for sure.
