PSA: I was cleaning my extraction tool wrong for MONTHS

I took the whole tool apart for the first time and found gunk built up INSIDE the handle piece, near the spring. I had no idea it could even come apart that far. Has anyone else had a client point out a problem that led to a major equipment cleaning change?

Serious question, why do people keep putting daffodils in with other flowers?

I had a bride bring in a bouquet from another shop where the tulips were completely wilted next to fresh daffodils, because the sap from the daffodil stems poisoned the water for everything else. It ruined a $400 order and the wedding was the next day. Has anyone else had to explain this to a customer after the fact?
