Our crew ignores the project app I set up. Frustrating.

It was meant to streamline daily tasks. Now I'm getting calls for info that's right there in the system. How do I get buy-in?

Next time you get a call, tell them you're putting the info in the app right now. Could that train them to look there first?

Wow, I never thought of that! I used to be sure telling people to check the app would just annoy them. But after doing exactly what you said a few times, I noticed they started looking there without being asked. It turns out a simple heads-up can push them to form a new habit. I guess I was wrong about how fast people can adapt.

Yep, that's the exact trick. I tell folks on the phone, "I'm entering your order details into the app for you right now, so you'll have the tracking number there." After doing that a couple times, they learn the info lives in the app. Our hardware store's app saw way more logins once we started that.
