Update: My buddy in Phoenix started talking about a 'silent frequency' thing last week
He got super into this idea that certain radio waves can mess with your thoughts, and now he's buying all this gear to block them. I tried to show him the FCC reports about safe levels, but he won't listen. Has anyone else had a friend go down a rabbit hole like this?

Yeah, where do people even find this stuff? @jesseb20 has a point. I used to laugh at my cousin for wearing a tin foil hat as a joke. Then he started buying these special paint for his walls and a blanket for his bed, all to block signals. Seeing him spend real money on it, not just goofing around, totally changed my view. It stopped being funny and just got sad and worrying.
