Serious question, I just hit 100 different coffee shops visited in my city
I started keeping a list on my phone last year and the number surprised me. It made me realize how much I value trying new places over just going to my regular spot. Anyone else track something like this and have a favorite discovery from their list?

That "trying new places over just going to my regular spot" thing is a whole mood. I see it everywhere now, like how nobody just watches one show anymore, they're always sampling the next one. Or how people would rather scroll through ten new food videos than actually cook the same meal twice. It feels like we're all training ourselves to be professional samplers instead of just settling in.

Does that constant sampling make it harder to build any real depth or skill? It seems like we're getting good at tasting but never finishing a meal, which might hurt our ability to just enjoy something simple.
