Burned through 3 bags of beans trying to dial in a single origin from Ethiopia
Took me 4 days to figure out my grinder needed recalibration after I threw away over $45 in wasted coffee, anyone else ever get stuck chasing a perfect pour over for that long?

4 days is about standard for Ethiopian beans, they're notorious for needing tiny grind adjustments.

Notorious" is a strong word for some coffee beans. Pretty sure I've had Ethiopian beans that brewed fine right out of the bag.
