Just realized how much calmer I get when learning a new board game now
I used to rush through the rules and miss key details, which always led to arguments mid-game. Over the years, I've picked up the skill of slowly reading through everything before we even start. I mean, back in the day, my friends and I would just wing it and hope for the best. Maybe it's just me, but taking that extra time has made our game nights way smoother. It's a small change, but it feels like a big win.

Mark's game night turned into a screaming match over missed rules once.

Imagine screaming over a missed rule during game night. That kind of anger ruins the fun for everyone. Hope they can chill out next time.
