Posting at 6 AM EST got me 3x the reach in 2 weeks

I run a small dog grooming shop in Columbus and used to just post whenever I had a free minute. Saw a tip from a social media manager in a Facebook group to try posting between 6 and 7 AM Eastern on weekdays. Started doing that with my before and after photos and my reach jumped from about 200 views to over 600 on average within two weeks. Has anyone else noticed a big difference from timing alone or is it just my audience?

...and I'm gonna say it's probably just coincidence looking at a two week window. Timing matters a tiny bit but not enough to triple your numbers like that unless my audience is completely different from yours. You could've just had a run of luck with better photos or the algorithm decided to be nice those days. I've seen people swear by all kinds of posting times and then three weeks later their reach drops back down no matter when they post. Feels like chasing a ghost if I'm being honest, you know?

Chasing a ghost" is exactly right, but posting at 6am doubled my reach for a solid month before it tanked.
