Appreciation post: Simple stretches made my knees thank me

Kneeling on hard floors all day was killing my knees. I found a YouTube video with stretches for installers. Now I do them every morning before I start work. No more pain and I can focus on getting the seams right.

In my book club, we used to always grab the latest bestseller off the shelf. It got boring fast because half of us didn't even finish them. I spoke up and said we should try older books that got ignored. We picked 'Stoner' by John Williams, and our talk was wild. People fought over if the main guy was a hero or just sad. Before, we just said nice things and moved on. Now, we have real fights and learn more. Skipping trendy books made our club way better.
