Wait, have you tried putting a strap on it and just letting it swing around your shoulder all day? That was my game changer with my old Pentax. I stopped treating every shot like it mattered and just started firing off frames at the flea market, on the bus, even during a snow flurry once. Yeah, the lens cap got dinged and there's a scuff on the viewfinder, but I got this one totally crooked shot of my friend laughing that's way better than any of my careful sunset stuff. It sounds dumb, but the pressure being gone made me actually pay attention to what was in front of me instead of obsessing over the settings.
