inTIL that skipping the yeast nutrient in my meads makes them ferment slower but taste way sweeter and better.

inSpotted a fermentation workshop at the community center and it made me smile
Seriously, it feels like people are getting back into making real stuff again. I see it with all the local craft beer and home brewed kombucha popping up everywhere. These workshops are just part of that same cool, DIY energy.
