inRemember when we all tried to make fries from raw potatoes in the air fryer?
Oh man, that is the TRUTH. I had the exact same journey with potato wedges. Spent a whole Sunday afternoon once, cutting and soaking and patting them dry, just for them to come out limp. Then I grabbed a bag of the frozen ones on a whim. Not only are they perfect every single time, but the seasoning is already on there! It feels like cheating, but it's just smart.

inJust hit 100 different coffee shops worked from in the last year
Sounds like you're funding a small country's coffee economy, unlike cole_bailey85 and his three loyal spots.

inMixing up the finish can with a soda bottle almost led to a weird lunch
Used to think those rules were overkill too, but seeing someone almost drink lacquer changed my mind real fast.

inFound a fix for those Samsung front loaders that keep tripping the thermal fuse
Kai's totally right about the vent hose. Mine was packed solid with lint and it blew the fuse twice before I figured it out. @reese177 is spot on about checking the old fuse with a meter first, it's probably dead. I had to pull the whole back panel off and clean the hose from the drum all the way outside. The new fuse has been fine for a year now.

inMy kitchen sink drain started backing up again last Tuesday
My old building's super swore by a 25-foot manual drum auger with a quarter-inch cable for exactly this. That cheap plastic snake is useless against a grease plug, it just makes a bigger problem further down the line. You need something with a real cutting head to chew through and grab that mess. Rent the good tool for an hour before you call a plumber, it might save you three hundred bucks.
