I'm seeing way too many designers use Papyrus for 'earthy' or 'natural' brand logos. It's not creative, it's a cliche.

Okay, calling me out directly. My first freelance logo ten years ago was for a hemp soap company and yes, it was in Papyrus. Still haunts me. That font is the easy way out and it makes everything look the same. It screams "I didn't try" more than "organic." There are so many better typefaces out there that can actually feel unique and handcrafted.

Ugh, Papyrus is the graphic design version of a participation trophy.
