Rant: Slow-cure sealant won me over

I used to hate waiting for sealant to dry. But a recent storefront job held up great with the slow stuff. What sealants do you guys like for big installs?

My buddy learned the hard way when a fast-cure job on a strip mall failed in a year. He only uses the slow stuff now for anything big.

That's a wild story but sometimes you gotta move fast! Modern fast-cure mixes are way better than they were even five years ago. We did a whole supermarket lot last fall with a new formula and it's holding up perfect. If you follow the specs for temp and prep, it's totally solid for big jobs now.
