Guy at the hardware store is onto something. I can see a cheap sprayer working for a smooth toolbox, but trusting it with bed liner texture sounds like a gamble. I'd be worried about it clogging up and making a huge mess. Maybe @the_amy got a magical Wagner that defies the odds, but my luck would have me spraying globs all over the driveway.

Cheap paint sprayer for toolboxes is a solid idea. I bet it would work great for getting an even coat on those textured truck bed liners too.

My Wagner sprayer handled my truck bed liner perfectly, just go slow on the textured parts.
