The last time I tried that, the chicken was so dry it crumbled into dust on the plate. I had to drown it in a whole bottle of hot sauce just to choke it down. It was like eating salty cardboard. I still get sad thinking about that wasted twenty bucks.

Wait, are we sure it wasn't user error though? I've made that same recipe a dozen times and it always comes out juicy if you just brine it first. A little salt water soak overnight and you're golden, man. Honestly feels like the chicken might've been fine and the hot sauce was just overkill lol.
