Been there, and it's a real sign you need to set a hard limit. Raise your prices for new orders to slow things down, and maybe stop taking bookings for a few months. Your quality and your own time will suffer if you just keep going at that pace. It's okay to turn work down to protect the business you've built.

My friend did that and ended up with her best clients sticking around anyway.
