A wedding venue in Asheville changed my whole delivery process

Got stuck behind a huge catering truck for 20 minutes trying to drop off the arbor florals. The coordinator said 'we can't hold the ceremony for your van.' Now I call every venue the morning of to confirm the exact unloading zone. Anyone else have a venue logistics horror story?
