I was reading a book about 80s movies and found out they used real animal bones for the skeletons in 'The Dark Crystal'

The book 'The Henson Archives' said they had a real osteologist on set to make sure the puppet skeletons were accurate. That means a bunch of those creepy props were actual animal bones cleaned and painted. Does that cross a line for prop realism, or is it just part of the craft?

Wow, that's some serious dedication to being creepy!

Serious dedication" is a nice way to put it, wyatt_ross27. I've had a lot of practice, honestly. My whole vibe is basically just committing to the bit, even when the bit is accidentally making people side-eye me. It's a gift and a curse.
