100 gallons" is a real number you're using. That's not a pantry, that's a whole factory floor. My brain can't even picture where you'd store that much hot sauce.

Tbh @richardfox you're acting like the guy is running a hot sauce farm out of his garage. 100 gallons sounds wild but its really not that crazy if you think about it. People stockpile toilet paper and water like the apocalypse is coming, but hot sauce is the line? Cmon now. A couple big drums in the corner of a basement or a storage unit and you're good to go. Its not like he's out here bottling it for retail, probably just a big family or someone who really hates bland food. You've never known someone who buys a whole cow at once? Same energy, different condiment.

Whole factory floor" is a little dramatic, don't you think? @tylerw92 made a good point about buying a whole cow, it's really not that different. People act like 100 gallons of hot sauce is some kind of crime against nature.
