Totally thought it was just a fad. Saw some amazing stuff online that completely changed my mind.

Same here, @nelson.finley. I wrote it off at first, too. Then I saw a video of a guy fixing a deep scratch on his car door with just a few basic tools from a kit. The results looked brand new. It made me realize how much useful skill is out there now, not just silly trends. Completely changed my view on the whole thing.

It's way more than a trend now. People are making real art and fixing things that would get thrown out. The skill level in some of these videos is crazy high. It saves money and keeps stuff from landfills. That's a pretty big deal. The craft fair stuff was just the start.
