Showerthought: I tried a new facial massage technique on a client in Phoenix and the results were crazy different.

I used my usual gentle Swedish strokes on one side of her face, and on the other side I tried this specific lymphatic drainage method I saw online. The side with the drainage was visibly less puffy and brighter for a full two days after. Has anyone else seen a big difference when they switch up their massage routine?

Honestly, that could just be from pressing harder on one side without realizing it.

That makes a lot of sense, actually.

Tell me about it, I do that all the time without even noticing. You finish a job and step back only to see one side is totally darker than the other. It's so frustrating because it looked even while you were doing it. Makes you want to just start the whole thing over sometimes.
