My 6-inch taping knife snapped clean in half on a Friday afternoon job.
It happened while I was laying on a second coat of mud over a big patch, and I had to finish the whole section with my 4-inch knife. Anyone got a brand they trust for heavy duty knives that won't give out like that?

Damn" is a pretty strong reaction for a brand name. Is knowing the label really that important? It's just clothes or whatever it is. Seems like we're getting worked up over something pretty small.
