TIL a simple A/B test on our homepage CTA boosted signups by 18% in one week

Last Tuesday I swapped out our main call-to-action button from 'Learn More' to 'Get Started Free' on a hunch. I ran a simple A/B test through Google Optimize, split 50/50 traffic for just five days. By Friday afternoon, the new button had 18% more clicks and a noticeably higher conversion rate on our signup form. My coworker thought I was wasting time on something so small, but the numbers don't lie. It was one of those rare weeks where a tiny tweak actually paid off fast. I'm curious what other small changes have made a big difference for you all? Has anyone else seen big gains from just rewording a button or headline?
