My Facebook ad account got locked out for 3 days right before Black Friday

I woke up on November 22 to find my ad account suspended for 'unusual activity' with zero warning. Lost about $1,200 in potential sales before I got it sorted by calling support 4 times. Has anyone else had this happen at the worst possible time?

Dude, did you try submitting an ID verification request through the business support page? That's the ONLY thing that worked for me when they locked my account randomly right before a holiday sale.

Has this happened to ANYONE else? Because I swear the algorithm knows exactly when to ruin your week, @wesleyjohnson. My account got locked three hours before a flash sale I had planned, and I spent the whole day stress-eating chips while on hold.
