Can we talk about how people are still ignoring their Google Business Profile?

Honestly, I see so many local service businesses with zero posts or outdated info, and it's killing their local search ranking. How are you keeping yours fresh, or is it just not a priority for your clients?

I used to skip it too, but seeing my own ranking drop changed my mind fast.

Yeah, that ranking drop is a real wake-up call, @jade221. It feels like you're just falling behind everyone else. I only started taking it seriously after the same thing happened to me.
