PSA: AIO vs air cooling for tight mini-ITX cases

I just finished a build in the NR200 and tried both a 240mm AIO and a Noctua NH-U12A. The AIO gave me 3-5°C lower CPU temps but the air cooler was way easier to cable manage and actually quieter under load. Which do you guys prioritize - thermal numbers or noise and tidy cables?

My NR200 runs quieter with good air, and I spend more time looking at it than benchmarking.
