A bride's mom told me my updo looked like a 'squirrel's nest' right before the ceremony...

I was so mad, but she was right, it was way too loose and messy. Now I always do a final 'shake test' before anyone walks out the door. Anyone have a better way to check for hidden flyaways?

Honestly, I'd take a squirrel's nest as a compliment. That loose, messy look is what I'm usually going for. The shake test sounds like a good way to ruin the vibe.
