Unpopular opinion: The moon landing faked narrative is way too convenient for the government to actually be true

I used to buy into the moon landing hoax stuff back in high school, thought the shadows and flag proved it was all staged. Then I spent 6 months digging into the actual physics and engineering documents from NASA's Apollo program. The radio transmission delays alone, a 2.5 second lag, are impossible to fake with 1969 technology. Plus the retroreflectors left on the surface, you can bounce lasers off them from an observatory in Arizona right now. Has anyone else changed their mind on a big conspiracy after actually looking at the raw data?

Honestly, I see it totally different. The laser retroreflector thing is cool, but the Soviets had the tech to track Apollo too, and they never called it a hoax. If the government wanted to fake it, why keep the Saturn V rocket plans and footage classified for decades? That just adds more suspicious secrecy. Plus, the moon rocks shared with other countries checked out against lunar samples from unmanned missions. Ngl, the shadow stuff gets debunked pretty quick when you actually look at the lunar surface photos and see how uneven the ground is.

Didn't the Russians track the whole Apollo 11 mission and never once claim it was faked?
