A comment on my post about the moon landing made me rethink my whole approach
I used to argue that the shadows in the photos were definitive proof of a studio set, but a user linked a clear physics diagram from a university website showing how parallel sunlight works on uneven ground. I changed my mind because the evidence was solid and explained simply. Has anyone else had a 'smoking gun' piece of evidence turn out to be totally wrong?

That university diagram could easily be faked too. You should check the actual light angles in Apollo 12 photos, they still don't line up.

Those physics diagrams always assume a single light source, but studio sets use multiple lights.
