Heads up about a safety issue I saw at a dock in Galveston last week

I was doing a hull inspection job near Pier 20 and noticed a bunch of old lift bags just sitting out in the sun with no covers on them. Two of them had visible dry rot cracks near the inflation valves. Has anyone else seen gear getting left out like that down there?

My buddy Dave was down there last month for his dive shop and saw the same thing, said a couple of the bags were so cracked they looked like they'd pop if you sneezed near 'em.

Man I'd probably be the guy who sneezes and blows up a million dollar haul of drugs. Knowing my luck I'd trip on a rock and take out half the shoreline supply.
