Oh absolutely. The art just hits different on paper, full stop. All those tiny details and colors get lost on a screen. Plus there's something about holding it and turning the pages that makes the whole thing feel more real. Reading on my phone always feels like I'm just killing time, not really getting into the story. Floppies for life.

You know, I keep telling myself I'll frame the covers as art someday, but right now they're just living in a long box under my bed. It's like a graveyard for my disposable income. But you're right about the reading experience - I tried reading Saga on a tablet once and it felt like I was skimming a PDF at work, not visiting another world. There's no substitute for that crinkly paper sound when you turn a page and the spine cracks a little. My wallet might hate me, but at least my bookshelf looks impressive to visitors.

Totally get what you mean, mason361. I've spent so much on floppies my wallet feels like its own tragic backstory. Still worth it though, right?
