Vent: I took notes by hand for 3 semesters before I found out I could get the slides ahead of class
Sat through organic chem copying structures off a projector at 8am in Boulder while the kid next to me just annotated the posted PDF. I finally asked him after a midterm where he got 18 points higher than me, and he showed me the prof uploads everything Sunday night. I wasted so many hours scribbling, so how early do you all check your course pages before a term starts?
Wait, the PROF uploaded everything Sunday night and nobody TOLD you? That's the part that gets me. Three whole semesters of hand cramps and 8am squinting when a PDF was just sitting there the entire time. I literally set a reminder now to check every course page a week before classes start because I am NEVER getting burned like that again.
