PSA: I started scheduling my study blocks around my energy levels and my grades jumped a full letter grade
Honestly, last semester I was grinding from 8am to 10pm straight and hitting a wall by noon. Then I tracked my focus for a week and saw I peaked around 2pm and crashed at 6pm. So I moved my hardest classes and study time to that 2-4pm window and pushed easy review to mornings. After 8 weeks my GPA went from a 2.8 to a 3.5 in my math-heavy courses. Has anyone else tried aligning their schedule with their natural rhythm instead of just going nonstop?

Yeah, same here honestly. I started doing my heavy studying right after lunch and it made a huge difference in how fast I picked stuff up. Just feels way less forced when your brain is actually ready to work.

Wait, did you seriously just grind 14 hours straight without checking if it was even working? That's INSANE. I did the same thing for two years before I realized I was just burning myself out for nothing. When I finally matched my study times to when I actually had energy, everything clicked. My focus went from scattered to laser sharp in those golden hours. Now I refuse to study after 8pm because my brain turns into mush and it's a waste of time. Seriously, more people need to try this it's not rocket science.
