DAE think a $12 hand grinder beats a $150 electric one? My barista in Austin called my old method lazy and she was so right

Switched to a hand grinder last year and never looked back. The grind is way more even than my old electric one that cost ten times as much (and honestly it's kind of calming to crank it every morning). Took a barista telling me the same thing to finally try it.
