Old shop supervisor's insert trick cut my cycle time by 30%
Watched a retired guy from Detroit set up a 4th axis job last Tuesday, he used a simple macro for the A-axis rotation instead of my usual G54 offsets. After two test parts, the whole run finished in 42 minutes versus my hour and 10. Anyone else try running macros for part flipping on older Haas machines?
